UK Delivery Charges

We offer delivery to UK addresses at the following rates:

Orders under £75: £9.95
Orders of £75 or more: Free delivery

The free-delivery threshold is calculated using the final product total after any discounts have been applied and before delivery charges are added.

Order Processing and Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the products ordered. Any estimated dispatch or delivery times will be displayed on the relevant product page, during checkout or in your order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather or unusually busy periods.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your delivery details.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Long or Oversized Products

Some curtain poles, tracks and accessories may require specialist or oversized delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the order where necessary.

Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

Where a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel.

Additional charges may apply if an order is returned to us because:

An incorrect or incomplete address was provided
Delivery was repeatedly refused or missed
The parcel was not collected from the courier

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your parcel or products appear damaged, contact us as soon as possible and include:

Your order number
A description of the damage
Photographs of the packaging
Photographs of the damaged product
